Application & Interview Process

• Completion of a two-step interview process  Minimum Qualifications  Applicants must have:

• A high school diploma or GED recommended

• A valid driver’s license

• Current auto insurance

• An acceptable driving record 

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check (fingerprinting required)  

Background Screening Requirements  Applicants must be able to successfully pass a 7-check registry background screening through the ARCS database, which includes verification through the following registries:

• Database of Inmates

• Excluded Parties List System

• National Sex Offender Database

• Ohio Nurse Aide Registry

• OIG List of Excluded Individuals

• Online Abuse Registry Verification

• Sex Offender and Child-Victim Database
